In the sunlit garden, red shiso plants appear here and there, even though I'm not trying to grow them. Their unique red-black color makes them stand out among the green tones. I walked around the garden like I was on a treasure hunt, and ended up with a bunch of red shiso plants.

The syrup is made from peaches harvested in the summer and is mixed with lots of herbs that were growing well in the garden. The aroma and flavor are only possible in a kitchen next to the garden.

In addition to mixing it with carbonated water, it is also delicious mixed with hot water.

It is also recommended to mix it with oil or vinegar as a dressing. This dressing has a slightly sweet finish, so it would be great on a bitter grass salad.
