いちじくは実も美味しいですが、葉っぱも美しく、香り良いお茶ができます。

今年はカミキリムシの大量発生でいちじくの木がだめになってしまったと良く聞きました。

いちじくの葉をお茶にしたいと探し始めていた私には悲しい話ですし、分けていただいた方の畑で元気に育つ葉を見たらもう、それはそれは宝物のように見えたものです。

そんないちじくの葉からイメージを広げ、果実の香りを感じるハーブや花を集めてブレンドしてみたのが今回のお茶です。

カラタネオガタマはメロンやバナナの香り。オレンジミントは爽やかな柑橘を感じるミント。滋味深い白茶の中に、甘やかで複雑な香りを感じることができます。

原材料：いちじく、グラニュー糖、「FIG CASK」(蒸留酒/mitosaya)、レモン

This year we have heard a lot about fig trees being ruined due to a large outbreak of midges.

It is a sad story for me because I had started looking for fig leaves to make tea, and when I saw the leaves growing vigorously in the fields of the people who shared them with me, they looked like such treasures.

This tea is a blend of herbs and flowers with a fruity fragrance, inspired by the fig leaves.

Karataneogatama smells of melon and banana. Orange mint is mint with a fresh citrus flavour. A sweet and complex aroma in a nourishing white tea.

Ingredients: White tea (TEHANDEL), orange mint, yerba buena, fig leaves, blueberries,Gummi, blueberry leaves, lentil, karataneogatama flowers, stevia.
