いすみ市で暮らしながら自然農で様々な作物、加工品を作られる「R工房」の大麦茶。大麦もR工房の畑で大切に育てられたものです。

薪火でじっくり炒って作るのでじんわりと甘みがたち、香ばしさもとっても優しいのです。

この麦茶が大好きで考えたブレンドティー。この時期に庭のあちこちに自生する赤紫蘇に、ミントなどのハーブを合わせて作りました。赤紫蘇の華やかで爽やかな香味と麦の香ばしさがよく合い、ミントが爽やかな後味を持たせてくれています。

お食事と一緒でもきっと美味しく召し上がっていただけます。じっくり抽出してから冷やして飲むのもおすすめです。

水出しよりもしっかり熱湯で出していただくほうが良さそうです。
