茶葉を加熱、発酵させず、そのまま丁寧に乾かして作るといわれる白茶。じんわりと滋味深い味わいが特徴です。大磯のTEHANDELで扱うパイムータンをわけていただき今月のブレンドに。

庭で盛況となってきたミントと、スタッフが毎週来る度に届けてくれた、無農薬のバラをぜいたくに合わせてみました。バラとミントはコンパニオンプランツとしても知られており、仲良しであるとは思っていましたが、お茶の中でも良い組み合わせ。美しいお茶に仕上がりました。

容器をあけた時の茶葉の香り、お湯を注いだ時に立つ香り、口に含んだ時に残る余韻。

それぞれに違う表情を見せてくれるお茶です。ぜひ楽しんでみてください。

We also added mint, which has been thriving in our garden, and pesticide-free roses that our staff brings to us every week.
