ROSE BLEND WHITE TEA

This white tea is said to be made by carefully drying the tea leaves without heating or fermenting them. It has a deep, rich flavor. We were given some Pai Mu Tang from TEHANDEL in Oiso to make this month's blend.

I luxuriously combined the mint that has been thriving in my garden with the pesticide-free roses that the staff delivered to me on their weekly visits. Roses and mint are known as companion plants, and I knew they were good friends, but they also make a good combination in tea. The result is a beautiful tea.

The aroma of the tea leaves when you open the container, the aroma that rises when you pour hot water, and the lingering aftertaste that lingers when you put it in your mouth.

Each tea has a different character, so please enjoy them.
