BLUESTAR BOTANICAL BLEND TEA

This blended tea has become a staple at mitosaya. It is based on the Earl Grey tea "BLUESTAR" delivered by TEHANDEL in Oiso, and is blended with plenty of flowers picked in the spring.

In addition to the sweet scent of the flowers, this time the leaves of Hiroshima's Shimanami Lemon and Hirami Lemon add a refreshing acidity.
Pour in boiling water and let sit for 5-6 minutes before enjoying.

Ingredients: BLUESTAR (Earl Grey/TEHANDEL), mint, bay leaf, lemon, spring flowers (plum, peach, trident, Chinese quince, blue letter, yellow plum), blueberry buds, Hirami lemon leaves and flowers.
