熊本の江口農園さんから届いたネーブル。シロップに漬け込んだその中には、果肉の味わい、風味がしっかりとしみこんでいました。このシロップに今年mitosayaで採れた梅の花をたっぷりと加えて香りを加えて春らしい味わいの商品ができあがりました。
柑橘特有のほろ苦さと梅の花の杏仁のような甘く香ばしいような香りが絶妙に混ざりあったこのシロップ、炭酸で割っていただく他、お湯割りで湯気を楽しんでいただくのもおすすめです。 お好みのお酢と油をよく混ぜて、サラダやお肉料理のドレッシングにもお使いいただけます。

Navels from Eguchi Farm in Kumamoto. The taste and flavor of the pulp soaked into the syrup. To this syrup, we added a generous amount of plum blossoms from this year's mitosaya to add fragrance, resulting in a product with a spring-like flavor.
We recommend that you drink this syrup with carbonated water or with hot water and enjoy the steam.
It can also be used as a dressing for salads and meat dishes by mixing well with your favorite vinegar and oil.
