Navel oranges delivered from Eguchi Farm in Kumamoto. The taste and flavor of the fruit was thoroughly infused into the syrup. We added plenty of plum blossoms picked at mitosaya this year to the syrup to add aroma, resulting in a product with a spring-like flavor.
This syrup is an exquisite blend of the bitter taste characteristic of citrus fruits and the sweet, fragrant aroma of plum blossoms, reminiscent of apricot kernel. It is recommended to mix it with carbonated water or with hot water to enjoy the steam. You can also mix it with your favorite vinegar and oil and use it as a dressing for salads or meat dishes.
