Somei Yoshino cherry blossoms from 2021 were salted and turned into a syrup for a year to enjoy during the cherry blossom season. This beautifully colored syrup is made with Daichi Farm's "Koi Minori" strawberries, which are characterized by their pale color and sweet fragrance. It is highly recommended to mix it with hot water as well as carbonated water, as the aroma will carry with the steam.
Mix vinegar and oil to create a spring-like vinaigrette.
Ingredients: sugar, salted cherry blossom petals (mitosaya), strawberry "Koi Minori" (Daichi Farm/Onjuku), lemon
