JASMINE FLOWER BLEND TEA

This winter has been unusually cold, and the garden seems to have shrunk, but the most beautiful flowers of the season that bloom here and there are the wintersweet, plum, and trident.
These three flowers, which bring hope for spring, are carefully harvested and blended with a special jasmine tea.
My encounter with South Avenue dates back more than 15 years ago, when I learned about it through an acquaintance. The jasmine tea purchased by Yan, the owner of a Chinese tea shop in Nishi-Ogikubo, was so delicious that I will never forget it. The strong floral aroma. The taste. The gorgeousness. I remember it as a mysterious tea that warmed my stomach.
I had been thinking about making this tea into a blend someday, and I have finally been able to finish it into a special tea for this season.
