CITRUS “CUVEE” STRAWBERRY &MINT

We squeeze the juice from the citrus fruits grown in abundance in the mitosaya garden and turn them into syrup with the peels. This time, we were given some strawberries from Daichi Farm in Onjuku Town, so we infused the citrus cuvee syrup with the vibrant color and aroma of strawberries.
