庭で採れた甘夏。果汁と皮にわけて皮のほうを甘く煮詰めてピールに。その後に、「SUMOMO PLUM」のブランデーにとっぷりと漬け込みました。甘さとほろ苦さの中にふわっとお酒の香りとしっかり味も残したピールですので、大人向きです。
お酒のおつまみにもピッタリです。
