NAVEL AND CARDAMON JAM

We received 300 kilos of pesticide-free navel oranges from Eguchi Farm in Kumamoto for our sake.

With the help of volunteers, we made jam next to the chefs who were preparing the jam. The skin had almost no bitterness and the juice was rich. We managed to capture all the charm of the navel oranges in a jar. The fresh and strong scent of cardamom added a special touch to the jam.

Ingredients: Navel oranges (Eguchi Farm/Kumamoto), granulated sugar, cardamom, "MINT TRICOLOR" (distilled liquor)

While the volunteers were preparing the navel, we were making jam. The skin has almost no bitterness, and the juice is very rich. The charm of the navel is fully contained in the jar. It is accented with the fresh yet strong aroma of cardamom.
