NAVEL AND CARDAMON JAM

熊本の江口農園さんから届いた無農薬のネーブル、お酒のために300キロ。

ボランティアの皆さんのご協力のもと仕込みをしている隣で、わたしたちはジャム作り。皮には苦味がほとんどなく、果汁も濃厚。ネーブルの魅力をあますことなく瓶の中に閉じ込めました。カルダモンの爽やかで強い香りがアクセントになっています。

原材料：ネーブル（江口農園/熊本）、グラニュー糖、カルダモン、「MINT TRICOLOR」（蒸留酒）

300 kilos of pesticide-free navel from Eguchi Farm in Kumamoto for the sake.

While the volunteers were preparing the navel, we were making jam. The skin has almost no bitterness, and the juice is very rich. The charm of the navel is fully contained in the jar. It is accented with the fresh yet strong aroma of cardamom.
