PEAR AND JASMINE TEA JAM

The great thing about jam is that you can enjoy the delicious fruits of autumn at another time of year. I made jam using Le Lectier delivered to me by Abe Farm in Niigata.

The sweet fruit flavor is combined with the aroma of jasmine tea to create a sophisticated and unique flavor. Chopped tea leaves are mixed in, giving it a cute and chic appearance.

Ingredients: Le Lectier (Abe Farm/Niigata), granulated sugar, lemon, jasmine tea (Fujian province), "WASABI POISSON" (distilled spirits)
