長野県佐久市のプルーン、山梨のブドウにプラム。この夏に出会った中から、赤く色づく果実を集めてジャムにしました。色の似たもの通し、不思議と味わいもぴったり合うものです。
赤く染まったジャムにバルサミコビネガーの香りを加え、酸味に奥行きを加えました。
黒胡椒のアクセントも楽しく、パンやヨーグルトだけでなく、お肉料理などに添えていただくのもおすすめです。

原材料:プルーン、ブドウ、プラム、砂糖、蜂蜜、バルサミコ酢
Prunes from Saku City in Nagano Prefecture, grapes from Yamanashi, and plums. This summer, I collected fruits that turn red and made them into jam. Strangely enough, the flavors of the similarly colored fruits match each other perfectly.
I added the aroma of balsamic vinegar to the reddish jam to add depth to the acidity.
The accent of black pepper is also fun, and it is recommended to be served not only with bread and yogurt, but also with meat dishes.
