SEL DU JARDIN / Garden herb salt

We use Maldon flake salt from France and add plenty of herbs collected at mitosaya from summer to autumn.

The salt itself has a crunchy texture, so just sprinkling it on top of your food at the end of the meal makes a great accent. It goes well with any dish, including meat dishes, pasta, and grilled vegetables.

You can also easily make an herb dressing by mixing it with oil and vinegar.
