PRUNE AND GUAVA, GREEN CITRUS JAM

We combined semi-dried prunes from Sakurai Farm in Saku City, Nagano Prefecture with mitosaya guava to make jam. I left a few guava seeds in to add a bit of texture.

The rich flavor of semi-dried prunes is complemented by the refreshing acidity of green citrus fruits.

I made this jam with semi-dried prunes from Sakurai Farm in Saku City, Nagano Prefecture, and mitosaya guavas. The seeds of the guava are left in a little bit to give it a different texture.
