PRUNE AND GUAVA, GREEN CITRUS JAM

長野県佐久市の桜井農園から届いたセミドライのプルーンに、mitosayaのグアバを合わせてジャムにしました。 グアバの種を少しだけ残して食感に変化をつけました。

セミドライの濃厚なプルーンの味わいに、青い柑橘の爽やかな酸味が効いています。

I made this jam with semi-dried prunes from Sakurai Farm in Saku City, Nagano Prefecture, and mitosaya guavas. The seeds of the guava are left in a little bit to give it a different texture.

The rich semi-dried prune flavor is complemented by the refreshing sourness of the blue citrus.
