Wine made from Niagara grapes carefully grown from seedlings is made into a luxurious syrup and combined with the scent of golden olive. The transparent jelly is dotted with golden olives, creating a beautiful appearance that shines through the light like a golden starry sky.

If you sneak it into a parfait as a decoration for sweets, it will be a nice accent when scooped up with a spoon. Of course, it would also be great with buttery breads like brioche, or salty baguettes.

In the transparent jellies, the shape of the Chinese fragrant osmanthus is scattered in a beautiful way, like a golden star in the sky, translucent in the light.
