たっぷりできた夏みかんピール。煮込みの段階で黒砂糖、赤砂糖を使用し、更にコーヒーハスク（コーヒー豆の皮）と一緒に煮込むことでコクのある黒いピールに仕上げました。
素精糖の衣にはコーヒーの粉とカカオニブ。華やかなコーヒーのほろ苦さ、柑橘の香りと苦味、一つのピールの中に、たくさんの味をまとわせました。

We've made a generous amount of summer orange peel. During the simmering process, we used black and red sugar, and by cooking it with coffee husks (the skin of coffee beans), we've created a rich, dark peel. The peel is coated with raw sugar, coffee powder, and cacao nibs. This combination brings together the elegant bitterness of coffee, the fragrance and bitterness of citrus, and a multitude of flavors in each piece of peel.
