A generous amount of summer mandarin peel. Brown sugar and red sugar are used in the stewing process, and the peel is then stewed with coffee husks (coffee bean skins) to create a rich, black peel.
The coating of raw refined sugar is made with coffee powder and cacao nibs. The subtle bitterness of coffee and the aroma and bitterness of citrus fruits combine to create a multitude of flavors in just one peel.

We've made a generous amount of summer orange peel. During the simmering process, we used black and red sugar, and by cooking it with coffee husks (the skin of coffee beans), we've created a rich, dark peel. The peel is coated with raw sugar, coffee powder, and cacao nibs. This combination brings together the elegant bitterness of coffee, the fragrance and bitterness of citrus, and a multitude of flavors in each piece of peel.
