"Quattro Poire" is an eaux-de-vie made from four kinds of fully ripe pears grown by Noboru Takahashi, who runs a fruit farm in Yokote City, Akita Prefecture. Takahashi values fruit farming in harmony with nature, and the fruits he grows there are grown without excessive care and with faith in the power of nature.
The four varieties used this time were the small Red Bartlett grapes that did not meet the standards, as well as La France, Silver Bell, and Le Lectier. The Red Bartlett grapes in particular are a mutated variety of Williams (Bartlett), considered the king of eaux-de-vie in Europe, with their gorgeous red skin and rich flavor. In order to bring out the individuality of the fruit, which has a concentrated aroma, each variety is brewed for a long period of 20 to 60 days before being carefully distilled. The liquor is then aged in oak barrels to create a distilled spirit with a deep aroma and rich flavor.
Please enjoy the overlapping aromas and flavors of the four types of pears.

"Quatre Poire" is an eau-de-vie made from four fully ripe varieties of pears, cultivated by Mr. Takahashi, who grows fruit trees in Yokote City, Akita Prefecture. In Mr. Takahashi's orchards, which value harmonious fruit tree cultivation with nature, fruits are grown with minimal intervention, trusting the power of nature.

This product uses four types of pears, including the small-sized Red Bartlett that didn't meet standards, La France, Silver Bell, and Russet Pear. In particular, Red Bartlett is a variation of the Williams (Bartlett) pear, often referred to as the "King of Eau-de-Vie" in Europe, known for its vibrant red skin and rich flavor.

To bring out the unique characteristics of the fruit, each variety underwent a long fermentation period of 20 to 60 days, followed by careful distillation. Afterward, it was aged in oak barrels, resulting in a distilled spirit with deep aromas and rich flavors.

Please enjoy the overlapping scents and flavors of the four varieties of pears.
