使用したのはダンデライオン・チョコレートのカカオニブに、奄美大島のパッションフルーツの皮の部分。
どちらもmitosayaでいうさやの部分ですが、カカオの甘やかな味わいと、パッションフルーツの爽やかな香りが調和して、エキゾチックで贅沢な味わいが楽しめます。

Cacao and passion fruit, two tropical bounties condensed into a spirit.

We used cacao nibs from Dandelion Chocolate and the skin of passion fruit from Amami-Oshima Island.
Both are the kind of pods, but the sweet taste of the cacao and the fresh aroma of the passion fruit blend together to create an exotic and luxurious flavor.
