This is an agricultural rum made using sugar cane grown in Isumi City. As the name "AGRICOLE" suggests, it is possible to do so because it is close to the production area. The juice is extracted from the sugar cane immediately after harvest and fermented in a fresh state, bringing out the fresh flavor and aroma of the ingredients. Unlike typical rums that use molasses, this rum is characterized by its fruity, light mouthfeel and delicate sweetness, which is only possible because it is made in the neighborhood.
OR is French for "golden." This light rum is made by aging agricole rum in oak barrels for one year, giving it a light amber color.
This has a high alcohol content of 52%. It has a rich barrel aroma and strong flavor like citrus and almonds. It is also perfect for cocktails such as daiquiris and boat drinks.

Mitosaya's rum, made from sugarcane grown in Isumi City, captures the fresh flavor and aroma of the raw material by juicing the sugarcane immediately after harvesting and fermenting it while it's still fresh. This agricole rum, unlike typical rums made with molasses, is known for its fruity and light taste and delicate sweetness, a unique quality made possible by its local production.
"OR," meaning gold in French, is a light rum that has been aged in oak barrels for a year, acquiring a bright amber color. It has a relatively high alcohol content of 52%, offering a rich barrel aroma and a robust flavor profile.
Additionally, the fibrous residue left after juicing, known as bagasse, is used as fertilizer or soil conditioner and even processed into bagasse paper. Our bagasse is given to the elephants at the nearby Ichihara Elephant Kingdom. Surprisingly gourmet, these elephants prefer the bagasse on the same day it's extracted, and they enjoy eating it when we bring it fresh.
