Lemon verbena (verbena) gives off a refreshing lemon-like scent when you lightly touch its leaves. It is also known as the queen of herbs, and is a familiar ingredient in herbal teas because it is fragrant even when dried, but the bursting scent of its essential oils when fresh is something special.

We harvested verbena plants that had grown large and lush after the summer from seedlings in the Kamo River, carefully separated only the leaves, and thoroughly soaked them in low-alcohol rice spirits before distilling them.

The pale pink color of the liquid comes from strawberries from Otaki Town that are soaked for just two days just before bottling.

A refreshing spirit with a light aroma.

It is also called the queen of herbs and is a familiar ingredient in herb teas because of its dried fragrance, but the fragrance of its essential oil bursting forth when fresh is something very special.

The leaves of the verbena are carefully separated and distilled after a slow maceration in low-grade rice spirit.

The light pinkish color of the liquid is due to the strawberries from Ootaki Town, which were soaked for only two days just before bottling.
