mitosayaで赤く実る小さなまりのようなヤマモモは初夏の訪れを告げる印。酸っぱくてジューシーですが、でもそのぶん日持ちがしません。


ヤマモモの実を白酒に砂糖を加えたものに漬け込んだ中国の楊梅酒(ヤンメイ酒)にならって、酸味と果実味を引き出すために砂糖とアルコールに浸して、3ヶ月じっくりと漬け込んだ後に搾り、イエルバブエナのスピリッツを加えて清涼感のあるリキュールに仕上げました。

甘酸っぱさと独特の風味があるので、アルコール度数も低めなのにしっかりと味わいのあるものに。

少し冷やしてストレートでどうぞ。

The small crescents of red Bayberry at mitosaya are the sign of early summer.
They are tart and juicy, but they don't last as long as they should.

Following the Chinese Yang Mei wine, in which the yam berries are soaked in white liquor with added sugar, We are soaked in sugar and alcohol to bring out their acidity and fruitiness, then slowly soaked for three months and pressed to produce a cool, refreshing liqueur with Yerba Buena spirits.

Its sweet and sour taste and unique flavour make it a strong and well-flavoured product despite its low alcohol content.

Serve slightly chilled and straight.
