Naturally grown apples arrive every year from Tohoku. There are many different varieties of apples, and last year we prepared each variety separately. Although it is a very small amount, the advantage of a small-scale distillery is that we can capture the differences in this way.

Akita Gold is a hybrid of Fuji apples and is characterized by its golden skin. Perhaps because of its appearance, it has a strong sour taste and aroma.

After distillation, it was slowly aged in stainless steel tanks. It has the gorgeous flavor of high-purity apples. The lingering flavor will enrich your after-meal time.
