091 AKITA-GOLD APPLE

東北から毎年届く自然栽培のりんご。品種も様々なりんごを、昨年は品種ごとに仕込みました。ごく少量ですが、その違いをこうして形にできるのが小規模蒸留所の良さ。

アキタゴールドはふじの交配種で文字通り、金色の外皮が特徴。見た目のせいもあってか酸味と香りを強く感じます。

蒸留後、ステンレスタンクでじっくり熟成しました。純度の高いりんごの華やかさ。味わいの余韻も長く、食後の時間を豊かにしてくれるでしょう。

Naturally grown apples arrive every year from Tohoku. Last year, we brewed different varieties of apples. It's a very small batch, but the beauty of a small distillery is that we are able to produce the differences in this way.

The Akita Gold is a hybrid of Fuji and has a golden outer skin. Perhaps because of its appearance, it has a strong sourness and aroma.

After distillation, it is slowly aged in stainless steel tanks. It has the gorgeousness of pure apples. It has a long lingering taste and will enrich your after dinner time.
