This distilled liquor is made from osmanthus flowers that begin to bloom all over mitosaya with the arrival of autumn. The Farming Friday team worked together to harvest the flowers at the perfect time when they started to bloom from buds, and capture that aroma in a bottle.

The mellow, sweet scent reminiscent of a ripe peach is an irresistible scent that signals the arrival of autumn, but in fact, many insects dislike this scent. The sight of the golden osmanthus, which does not pollinate but simply gives off a sweet, melancholy scent, is brave and endearing.

The weight of the flowers picked in a day is only about 2 kilograms. It feels a little guilty to turn these beautiful orange flowers, which feel heavy when you hold them in both hands, into a colorless distilled spirit, but distillation is the only way to concentrate and preserve the fragrance.

The distilled liquid is aged in stainless steel tanks for a year, and when bottling, freshly harvested osmanthus flowers are submerged in the bottle. This year, the amount of flowers has been increased from last year, so you can enjoy the visual of the orange flowers dancing and floating in the liquid.

The mellow, sweet aroma, reminiscent of ripe peaches, is an irresistible reminder of fall for us, but in fact, many insects have a hard time with this scent. The golden osmanthus, which is not for pollination, but simply for its sweet and wistful fragrance, is healthy and endearing.
