We make spirits from a variety of ingredients, but the king of all fruit-based spirits is brandy, made from grapes. brandy is derived from the Dutch word brandewijn, which means "burnt wine," literally "burnt wine," or distilled wine. The word is derived from the Japanese grape variety Koshu.

KOSHU" and "KOSHU RESERVE" are made from the Japanese grape variety Koshu, and the grape skins (vinaccia) are pressed by hand during the production process.

The grappa has a clean taste with a hint of sweetness typical of Koshu, which is also used for fresh eating. Henruda (router), an herb with a unique and distinctive aroma and beautiful leaf shape that blooms in early summer with yellow flowers, was submerged in the bottle.
The light green color of the liquid and the beautiful shape of the leaves, which have turned white, make this a bottle that is pleasing to the eye.
