We make distilled spirits from a variety of ingredients, but the king of fruit-based distilled spirits is brandy, made from grapes. Brandy is a word derived from the Dutch word brandewijn, which is an English word for burnt wine, and its origin is literally "burnt wine," or distilled wine.

This grappa is distilled after re-fermenting the grape skins (vinaccia) that are hand-squeezed during the production of KOSHU RESERVE , a brandy made from the Japanese grape variety Koshu.

This grappa has a clean taste with a slight sweetness typical of Koshu, which is also used for eating raw, and is bottled with rue, an herb that blooms yellow flowers in early summer and has a unique, distinctive fragrance and beautiful leaf shape.
The pale green color of the plant and the beautiful white shape of the leaves make it a visual treat.

KOSHU" and "KOSHU RESERVE" are made from the Japanese grape variety Koshu, and the grape skins (vinaccia) are pressed by hand during the production process.

The grappa has a clean taste with a hint of sweetness typical of Koshu, which is also used for fresh eating. Henruda (router), an herb with a unique and distinctive aroma and beautiful leaf shape that blooms in early summer with yellow flowers, was submerged in the bottle.
The light green color of the liquid and the beautiful shape of the leaves, which have turned white, make this a bottle that is pleasing to the eye.
