Various varieties of apples, mainly Fuji apples, grown naturally in orchards in Nagano, Gunma, Yamagata, Akita, and Aomori. 2,100 kilograms of apples arrived in December 2021, crushed by hand, and slowly brewed in mitosaya's signature wooden barrels. 15 batches were distilled over a week from the beginning of the year. The wine was then aged in oak barrels. The wine was aged for about a year to achieve a balance between the barrel aroma and fruit flavor.

This apple brandy has a fresh aroma and soft flavor typical of Japanese apples, which is different from the depth of Calvados that has been aged for many years.

Various varieties of apples, mostly naturally grown Fuji, from orchards in Nagano, Gunma, Yamagata, Akita, and Aomori, Japan. 2,100 kg of apples received in December 2021 were crushed by hand and slowly brewed in mitosaya's signature wooden vats. Distillation was done in 15 batches over the course of a week at the beginning of the year. It was then aged in oak barrels. The wine is aged for approximately one year to ensure a balance between the oak aroma and fruitiness.

The result is an apple brandy with a soft, Japanese apple-like flavor that is different from the depth of Calvados that has been aged for many years.

Enjoy it slowly by the side of a relaxing after-dinner drink.
