以前にもここで書きましたが、蒸留に関して書かれた本はとても少なくて、個人的で拙い例ですが、蒸留に興味を持つ人や興味があるかもしれない人が手にとってくれるとうれしいです。

As I mentioned before, there are very few books about distillation, and I hope that people who are interested in distillation, or who might be interested in distillation, will pick up this book, even though it is a personal and poor example.
