The third product of MITOSAYA ALIVE BASIC CONDIMENTS (ABC) is "Rose Grape Vinegar." Vinegar is made by acetic acid fermentation of a light wine called piquette, which is made by re-fermenting grapes after pressing wine. Organically grown rose flowers are added during fermentation to give it a gorgeous fragrance.
Because of its mild acidity, it can be used as a seasoning, as well as to add sourness to drinks and cocktails. Also, because it has not been heat sterilized, the acetic acid bacteria are still alive, so it can also be used as a vinegar starter.
This is a dish that will enrich your dining table.

MITOSAYA ALIVE BASIC CONDIMENTS (ABC) third installment is "Rose Grape Vinegar". We fermented the grape left over from squeezing the wine to make a light wine called pike and then fermented it to make vinegar.
During fermentation, we added organic rose flowers grown in Chiba Prefecture, giving it a glamorous fragrance. Because of its soft acidity, it can be used not only as a seasoning but also as the acidity of drinks and cocktails. Also, since it is not heat-sterilized, acetic acid bacteria are alive, so it can also be used as vinegar seeds.
It is a condiment that enriches the dining table.
