The second release of MITOSAYA ALIVE BASIC CONDIMENTS (ABC) is salt. Cherry blossoms picked from the garden are soaked in salt and then dried.
You can eat it as is. You can also use it as a seasoning by kneading it finely with your fingers instead of salt.
