Located at the foot of Mount Takatsuru in Kamogawa City, Chiba Prefecture, the company cultivates over 100 varieties of herbs and edible flowers in eight greenhouses. It is a strong partner of mitosaya, and is also involved in the cultivation of heirloom vegetables, environmental restoration of satoyama, and the operation of shared farms.
Taking advantage of our geographical location in neighboring cities, we produce distilled spirits and other products that concentrate the aroma and flavor of plants, which is possible by processing the produce while it is still fresh immediately after harvesting.
