The location is the Tankyu Distillery Tasting Room inside The Mills, a converted 1950s textile factory.
The guys from Tankyu Distillery and I were interested in each other's activities, and while it was difficult to travel back and forth, we talked online a few times, and when they came to Japan, they stopped by and we had a long talk. It looks like we're finally going to realize what we've been planning since then.
