MITOSAYA's ABC (ALIVE BASIC CONDIMENTS)

"ABC" by mitosaya is a new lineup of seasonings that takes its acronym from ALIVE, BASIC, CONDIMENTS. Modeled after the traditional Japanese basic seasonings "sashisuseso," this series can be used every day and in a variety of cooking.

Not only can they be used as basic seasonings in cooking, but fresh, natural ingredients also bring food to life. ABC, created in collaboration with local producers and ingredients harvested by mitosaya, aims to make everyday meals a richer and more enjoyable experience.

Sales of mitosaya's "ABC" online shop are scheduled to begin at 10:00 on Sunday, May 26th.

In addition, at the expanded HONOR STAND to be held on Saturday, May 25th and Sunday, May 26th, we will be unveiling the ABC seasonings and offering food and drink menus using each seasoning.
On the day, ACOUSTIC Bread and Coffee and The Liquid will be setting up stalls, and vegetables from MUJI FARM Oigawa and baked goods from Roben Otakimachi will also be on sale.
