We would like to inform you of the April schedule for mitosaya and CAN-PANY.
mitosaya
🌞Opening days | Every Friday and Saturday from 10:00 to dusk (around 17:00)
Anyone is welcome to wander around mitosaya. Please also use shop YA and MI, which collects empty mitosaya bottles.
The release dates in April are April 4th, 5th, 11th, 12th, 18th, 19th, 25th, and 26th.
Guided tours are available by reservation only; however, please note that due to the still replacement, the distillery tour will be without the still.
We also have Farming Friday on Friday mornings, so we welcome anyone who wants to help with farm work.
🍞 Bread YA
To coincide with YA's opening day, freshly baked bread will be delivered from your favorite bakery.
The first week will feature Acoustic & Bread & Coffee , a wood-fired yeast bread and specialty coffee shop in Isumi City, Chiba Prefecture; The second week will be at Pain récit, a bakery in a 140-year-old house in Sano City, Tochigi Prefecture, the third week will be at Donner , a cafe restaurant and bakery in Ohara Port, and the fourth week will be at Isen , a bakery in Chosei Village. (The timing of when the bread will be available at the store will vary depending on the time of arrival.)

We will be releasing new products, and we hope you'll look forward to our new label series with new artists.
EVENT / COLLABORATION
📸 LifeWorkers #2 "People who make distilled alcohol" | 4/11 (Fri)
Eguchi and Yamamoto from mitosaya will be speaking at "LifeWorkers #2", an event being held at 3L (Sunel) , a practical research institute for "work" run by RICOH. This will probably be the first time the two of them will appear at such an event together. Please make a reservation before coming.
✨Shibuya Cast 8th Anniversary Festival | Saturday, April 26th
Mitosaya will be setting up a stall at the market hosted by Marked during the Shibuya Cast 8th Anniversary Festival , which will be held on Friday, April 25th and Saturday, April 26th! The event will be held in an open garden, and will feature markets and food trucks with the theme of "food, clothing, and shelter." Please come and visit! (Mitosaya's stall will only be on Saturday, April 26th.)
CAN-PANY

The normally non-alcoholic Drink Bar will open as Drink Bar Shimoun on a Wednesday night every month. You can enjoy new mitosaya drinks and combinations with CAN-PANY.
The April snack is a snack plate from the popular bento and catering company sutto. Let's CAN-PAI with cocktails and hearty snacks 🥂
