We would like to inform you of the February schedule for mitosaya and CAN-PANY.
mitosaya
🌞 Opening days | Every Friday and Saturday from 10:00 to dusk
Anyone can feel free to stroll around mitosaya. The shop YA and the mitosaya bottle collection area MI are also open. We also hold Farming Friday on Friday mornings, so anyone who wants to help out with farm work is welcome.
The release dates in February are February 1st, 7th, 8th, 14th, 15th, 21st, 22nd, and 28th.
🍞 Bread YA
Starting this month, we will be delivering freshly baked bread from our favorite bakery to coincide with YA's opening day.
The first week will be at ACOUSTIC & Bread & Coffee, a bakery that serves yeast bread baked in a wood-fired oven and specialty coffee (closed in February) in Isumi City, Chiba Prefecture; the second week will be at Donner , a cafe restaurant and bakery in Ohara Port; the third week will be at Pain récit, which is run from a 140-year-old traditional Japanese house in Sano City, Tochigi Prefecture; and the fourth or final week will be at Isen, a kind-hearted bakery in Chosho Village.
🍷 New product launch | 2/26 (Sun)
We will launch a new product.
EVENT / COLLABORATION
🐽 Hana | Opening in March A bar called "Hana" will open in Nombei Yokocho, Shibuya. The bar is run by NOSE SHOP, which deals in niche fragrances, and mitosaya is in charge of supervising the menu.
CAN-PANY
🥤 New product launch | 2/16 (Sun)
We will be releasing a new product from CAN-PANY. We are planning to release a ginger soda with plenty of citrus.
♥️Simoun | 2/16 (Wed)
The normally non-alcoholic Drink Bar will open as Drink Bar Simoun on a Wednesday night every month. You can enjoy new mitosaya drinks and combinations with CAN-PANY.
The snack for February is scheduled to be Tom Yum Oden. Let's warm up with cocktails and Asian-style oden ♨️
🍫 For the Future of Chocolate | 1/29 - 2/14
At Meiji Co., Ltd.'s limited-time event "For the Future of Chocolate - From the History of Cacao to New Ingredients ," you can try a variation of the cacao drink made by CAN-PANY. This event is a little different from the usual Valentine's Day events, so why not try a new cacao experience? Located at the Terrace Room on the 9th floor of the new Ginza Mitsukoshi building. (Drinks are limited in quantity.)
