🌞 Opening days | Every Friday and Saturday from 10:00 to dusk
Anyone can feel free to stroll around mitosaya. The shop YA and the garbage sorting space MI are also open. We also hold Farming Friday on Friday mornings, so anyone who wants to help with farm work is welcome.
The opening dates in December are December 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 27, and 28. On December 7, Acoustic Bread & Coffee will deliver freshly baked campagne in a wood-fired oven.

We will be releasing two new products in December. We are preparing products that we hope you will choose during the gift-giving season and the New Year holidays.

⚪️ Katsuhito Nishikawa: Echoes of Silence | Ongoing until January 26, 2025
In conjunction with the exhibition of German-based artist Katsuhito Nishikawa, currently being held at the Kawamura Memorial DIC Museum of Art , we have created a drink that evokes forests and tranquility, called "Mori no Meguri," as well as candies "FOREST GREEN" and "FLOWERY BROWN." They are on sale at the exhibition venue.
🪐 Hoshinoya Taketomi Island "KUNUSHINA" | Currently on
Together with Hoshinoya Taketomi Island , mitosaya has created " KUNUSHINA ," a distilled liquor made from nuchigusa (a medicinal herb) harvested on Taketomi Island. It is used not only in cocktails, but also to flavor ingredients in cooking. This year, "island terroir," which combines island food culture with French cuisine, has been further developed with the addition of distilled liquor.
⛩️ NOMA Kyoto | 10/8 - 12/18
At Noma Kyoto , a pop-up restaurant by the Danish restaurant Noma, currently being held at the ACE HOTEL KYOTO, mitosaya has collaborated with Noma to create the herbal liquor "YUYU."
"YUYU" will be part of the surprising menu, and will also be available for purchase at the venue.
CAN-PANY

We will be releasing a new product from CAN-PANY. We are planning to release a drink that will give you the feeling of a coniferous forest, perfect for Christmas.

At the Christmas market held at LIVING MOTIF , a long-established interior shop in Roppongi, CAN-PANY drinks will be on sale along with mitosaya's non-alcoholic products. Please come and find some exciting items.

The normally non-alcoholic Drink Bar will open as Drink Bar Simoun on a Wednesday night every month. You can enjoy the combination of mitosaya's new products and CAN-PANY. The December snack will be Nichibichi Chuka Shokudo 's special shumai, served hot ♨️
