"Mitosaya and Company's Non-Alcoholic Study Group" explores the new appeal of non-alcoholic beverages.
Following the first event which was themed around non-alcoholic spirits , the second event will be themed around plant-based milk.
On the day, with the cooperation of AMBESSA & CO , an importer of organic fruits and nuts, more than 10 types of nuts will be available, including coconut, pistachios, pine nuts, oats, and sunflower seeds.
We will use GROWUP , a plant-based milk-making machine, which will be unveiled for the first time in Japan, to make fresh milk on the spot and offer it for tasting.
In addition, in collaboration with Kuramae roastery Coffee Wrights , you can enjoy new coffee and cocktail suggestions that use nut milk.
Let's learn and discuss together the diverse possibilities of plant-based milk, which is not only environmentally friendly but also garnering attention for its new flavors.

Using the GROWU P plant-based milk making machine, the first of its kind in Japan, fresh milk will be made on site for tasting.
In collaboration with Coffee Wrights , a roastery in Kuramae, visitors will also enjoy new coffee and cocktail proposals utilizing nut milk.
