Open Day Ticket Sales Announcement

We will be holding our Spring Open Day for two days, on Saturday, May 20th and Sunday, May 21st.

Admission tickets will go on sale today, April 30th, at 10:00.

On Saturday, May 20th, we will be holding an Open Day limited to 30 people, where you can fully enjoy mitosaya.
You can enjoy a stroll around mitosaya in early summer, a tour of the brewing and distillery facilities, a welcome drink, a concert, and a special lunch.

The person in charge of cooking will be Takahashi Yoshiko, the owner and chef of the restaurant SSAW/BIEI in Biei.
A special lunch will be prepared for this day, including a mitosaya version of the famous Oka Soup.
You can enjoy a course meal accompanied by mitosaya's original cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.

Before the meal, there will also be a live performance by accordion player Rie Yoshihara .

You can enjoy a wonderful time in nature.

This is an admission ticket to our lively OPEN DAY on Sunday, May 21st, 2023, where we will be welcoming many wonderful exhibitors.

Take a stroll through mitosaya in early summer, when the plants are vibrant and lush, and enjoy the wide variety of shops, events, and more.
Of course, we will also be offering product tastings and selling new products from mitosaya.

Tickets are subject to a fee, but you will be given a coupon ticket of the same value that can be used at mitosaya shops on the day.
