Distillery Class #10 Rhum de la Péninsule BOSO (First part)

A new episode has been released for " Distillery Class ," a distillation-themed podcast run by distiller Eguchi Hiroshi.

This time, we will be talking with Aoki Taisei and Aoki Rie of Rhum de la Péninsule BOSO, who are cultivating sugar cane in Minami Boso and starting a distillery to make rum from that sugar cane.
With the opening of their distillery approaching, the pair had just completed their training at mitosaya and we had a leisurely chat in their homemade sauna.
We hear about the story of how the distillery project started after taking over a sugar cane field in Minami Boso, and the differences in production methods and flavors between rum producing regions around the world.
