Dec. 12th (Sun): Bosozoku (AMBESSA&CO / Naeme / mitosaya)

We will be setting up a stall at the Farmers Market @ UNU in the courtyard of the United Nations University on Sunday, December 12, 2021.

AMBESSA&CO ( @ambessaandco ) from Minami Boso, Naeme ( @naemekamogawa ) from Kamogawa, and mitosaya from Otaki. The Boso tribe is a joint booth by three groups that work in harmony with nature in the south of the Boso Peninsula.

AMBESSA sells stollen made with dried fruits and their own rye. Naeme sells herbs, edible flowers and interesting vegetables harvested from their own farm and Satoyama. Mitosaya sells distilled alcohol and processed goods made from Chiba produce.
At the tables, participants will be able to see the products they have made, and at the food truck they will be serving special chai and mulled wine that are only available on this day, made with herbs, fruits, and even alcohol that they have made themselves.

On Sunday, December 12, 2021, we will have a stall at the Farmers Market @ UNU in the courtyard of the United Nations University.

AMBESSA&CO from Minamiboso, Naeme( @naemekamogawa ) from Kamogawa, and mitosaya from Otaki. AMBESSA&CO( @ambessaandco ) from Minami Boso, Naeme from Kamogawa, and mitosaya from Otaki.

AMBESSA will be selling stollen made with dried fruits and their own rye. Naime will be selling herbs, edible flowers, and interesting vegetables from their farm and satoyama, and mitosaya will be selling distilled spirits and processed products made from Chiba products.
At the tables, we will serve our own products, and at the kitchen car, we will serve special chai and hot wine made by our own hands from herbs, fruits, and even alcohol.
