We will be holding an Open Day on Sunday, November 14th.
To allow you to enjoy the bounty of deepening autumn, there will be new products for sale and tastings, events where you can experience nature, and wonderful people will be setting up stalls for one day only.
Admission is free, but you are asked to apply for an admission ticket.
A limited number of tickets will also be available for purchase, each with a specially made glass holder created in collaboration with Hender Scheme.
I'm looking forward to the day when we can all toast together again after a long time.

High aesthetic sense, solid technique, and stylish humor. A special one-day only shop for a wonderful leather brand from From Asakusa. A collaboration with mitosaya will also be unveiled in advance.
・Family and One Year Shop and Children's Shop A shop launched by the editorial department of "Family and One Year Magazine Family." The first book by "Family" editor-in-chief, Akiyo Nakamura, "Family Calendar" is now on sale & Children's Unpredictable Shop.

・ACOUSTIC Coffee & Bread
A specialty coffee and wood-baked bread shop that just opened this summer in the neighboring city of Isumi will be visiting us.

From Minamiboso. We are allies who grow rye. We sell organic dried fruits and nuts by weight.
・Beet eating
She hunts and cooks for herself. Shike-san, also known as Kuniko Takebayashi, runs a curry restaurant. She is currently working on a collaboration curry with Mitosaya.
・Pâtisserie ASAKO IWAYANAGI
A beautiful sweets shop by Asako Iwayanagi will be opening at mitosaya. The greenhouse will be transformed into a salon.
・Pastificio Sugino
A special pasta made by pasta craftsman Chisato Sugino, incorporating mitosaya's medicinal herbs.
・Seedlings
Freshly picked herbs, edible flowers, and processed foods from the Kamo River. You can choose your favorite edible bouquet on the spot and take it home with you.
・R Studio
They live together as a couple in a small home and are our teacher of natural living, practicing all sorts of things.
・yack yack books
A picture book specialty bookstore run by Taiki Yamanaka. We have created a space where you can freely read picture books.

A bar has opened where you can enjoy mitosaya's original cocktails, created by Hideyuki Saito, bar director at the popular hotel Tokyo Edition Toranomon.
