Overview of FRAGRANT GARDEN
We will be holding a two-day limited event called "Fragrant Garden" themed around fragrance, set in the garden and greenhouse of mitosaya.
There will be aromatic herbal foods and drinks, pop-up shops selling niche fragrances, pairings of spirits and sweets, garden tours and even musical performances.
Perfume, distillation, plants, sweets, music - we offer a weekend of tasting, layering and enjoying various forms of fragrance.
Come enjoy an experience that will open your senses at mitosaya in early summer.

Just Pho You
Chef Chihiro Naito's Vietnamese pho and che restaurant "Just Pho You" has opened a shop serving fragrant pho made with plenty of herbs.
Hana
A scent-themed drink bar opened in Shibuya's Nombei Yokocho. They plan to offer drinks with five different scents paired with sweets. They are also planning to release a new product from mitosaya made for "Hana."
POPPY
A confectionery shop born from Tochigi Kuroiso SHOZO CAFE and now located in Tsurumaki, Tokyo. They sell pairing sweets offered at Hana as well as original sweets.
Tsurumi Confectionery
A lesson on making sweets "Baba" and "Spritzkuchen" using mitosaya rum, taught by patissier and confectionery school "Tsurumi Confectionery" owner Takashi Tsurumi. Drinks included.

Seedlings
Herb and edible flower farm from Kamogawa, Chiba Prefecture. This time, the Naeme Farmers Stand team brought us biryani, coffee, and earthenware. A multi-layered aroma group assault.
CAN-PANY
We offer original CAN-PANY mocktails (non-alcoholic cocktails) and cocktails that combine mitosaya's distilled spirits. Please enjoy the marriage of aromas and flavors.
AMBESSA&CO
The REIZOKO SPEAKER, an upcycled discarded refrigerator, and the DJ K-TRUCK, a light truck with a DJ booth, will provide music powered by renewable solar energy. Natural wine and sweets made with mitosaya eau-de-vie will also be available.
FUMI
A flower shop filled with the scent of seasonal flowers. A reservation-only garden tour will take you around the mitosaya garden, and a workshop will be held where you can make a bouquet using plants you have picked and fresh flowers from FUMI.

Ayaka Kaminami
Jazz pianist. In the album "FLORA," he expresses the transience and strength of flowers through melodies. Enjoy a moment where sounds and scents intersect through his piano performances that seem to resonate with the plants blooming in the garden.

A sauna quietly nestled in the forest of mitosaya. This time, with the cooperation of Fukagawa Distillery / Rikashitsu , you can experience a fragrant loyly using aromatic distilled water made from fresh herbs extracted in a Ricaroma distiller.
