New Release / Introducing our new products.


Introducing our new products.
These are products that we have prepared throughout the year so that you can enjoy the scent and taste of spring.

The sake team, whose artwork is by Sam Gendel and Marcela Tsitrinovich, is doing great, has two varieties: SAKURAMARO, which contains all the flavors of cherry blossoms in one bottle, and POST OLIVE, which uses the pomace of freshly pressed olives.

The non-alcoholic team is very busy in the spring, collecting plum and cherry blossom petals, fermenting tea leaves harvested at mitosaya to make tea, and using the leftover ingredients from the sake brewing process to make jams and sauces.

Both items will go on sale from 10:00 on Sunday, March 26th.
