We would like to inform you of the March schedule for mitosaya and CAN-PANY.
mitosaya
🌞Opening days : Every Friday and Saturday from 10:00 to dusk
Anyone is welcome to wander around mitosaya. Please also use Shop YA and MI, which collects empty mitosaya bottles.
The release dates in March are March 1st, 7th, 8th, 14th, 15th, 21st, 22nd, 28th, and 29th.
Garden and distillery tours are available, as well as guided tours by reservation.
We also have Farming Friday on Friday mornings, so we welcome anyone who wants to help with farm work.
🍞 Bread YA
Starting this month, we will be delivering freshly baked bread from our favorite bakery to coincide with YA's opening day.
The first week will feature Acoustic & Bread & Coffee , a wood-fired yeast bread and specialty coffee shop in Isumi City, Chiba Prefecture; In the second week we will be visiting Pain récit , which is located in a 140-year-old traditional Japanese house in Sano City, Tochigi Prefecture; in the third week we will be visiting Donner , a cafe restaurant and bakery in Ohara Port; and in the fourth week we will be visiting Isen, a kind-hearted bakery in Chosho Village.
🍷 New product launch | Sunday, March 29th
We will be releasing a new product. We are planning to release a wine-based distilled spirit, something that mitosaya and Imadeya have been working on for a long time.

🐽 Hana | Opening March 1st <br> Hana , a bar where you can enjoy the aroma, has opened in Shibuya's Nombei Yokocho. It is run by NOSE SHOP, which deals in niche fragrances, and the menu is supervised by mitosaya. Enjoy a new experience with your senses of taste and smell in a special space. Please make a reservation before visiting.
🗑️What counts as trash? | March 22 (Sat)
What is "trash"? The boundaries change depending on the country, culture, and values. If you change your perspective, what appears to be trash may have new value. This event, which is part of the "Mountain of Daigomi" exhibition at ATELIER MUJI in Ginza, will introduce the efforts of MUJI and mitosaya, and through cross-talk, will explore the "true nature of what we call trash." After the event, mitosaya's original "cocktails made from trash" will be served.
🎶Sake party | 3/29 (Sat)
"Sake Lucky" in Isumi City hosts a sake listening event in the warehouse of a wholesale liquor store built in the Meiji era, where brewers are invited to talk over sake. This time, mitosaya will be making its first appearance and introducing the world of distilled spirits. Please enjoy mitosaya's distilled spirits made from local ingredients along with snacks from Mobara's famous shop, "Monshichi."
🚚 NEWoMan TAKANAWA LINK MARKET | 3/29 (Sat) 3/30 (Sun) 10:00-17:00
To commemorate the grand opening of TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY on Thursday, March 27, 2025, a food truck from mitosaya and CAN-PANY will be set up at an event produced by NEWoMan Takanawa. Five areas will appear along the approximately 300m promenade stretching from south to north, allowing visitors to experience different atmospheres and ways of spending time. mitosaya and CAN-PANY look forward to welcoming you at the CHILL OUT AREA.

The normally non-alcoholic Drink Bar will open as Drink Bar Shimoun on a Wednesday night every month. You can enjoy new mitosaya drinks and combinations with CAN-PANY.
The snack for March is a snack plate from sutto, a popular bento and catering company. Let's CAN-PAI with cocktails and hearty snacks 🥂
🥤 New product launch | Friday, March 21st
We will be releasing a new product from CAN-PANY. This is a collaboration drink with the "SOKEI Project," a project launched by Koshin Planning that uses large-scale 3D printers to present various forms of expression. We will be releasing two types of bottled beverages inspired by the colors of the materials printed by the 3D printer.
