Fruit and vegetable shop Mikotoya

A "traveling greengrocer" that brings the vegetables and stories it encounters on its travels to your table.
At MICOTOYA HOUSE, the base in Aoba Ward, Yokohama, a selection of naturally grown and native vegetables from all over the country are sold by weight in a plastic-free environment.
They also produce the craft ice cream brand KIKI NATURAL ICECREAM , which uses vegetable flavors that are unique to greengrocers and ingredients that would otherwise be wasted.

Miyoshiya

A taco and deli restaurant opened in May 2023 in Nakanobu, Shinagawa, Tokyo. The soba restaurant run by his parents was renovated and opened by the son of an editor, keeping the name the same. The exterior is a soba restaurant, but it is actually a taco restaurant, and the owner is an editor who works in the food and beverage industry, making it a confusing setup. The catchphrase is "WRAP ME TENDER."https://www.instagram.com/tacoshop_miyoshiya/
Mirahiya

Hiromi Asakura of the Bob Foundation, the creative unit that designed this visual, purchased a crepe griddle during the COVID-19 pandemic and has been quietly making crepes ever since. The day has now come when he can serve you all the crepes he has been making.
I'm recreating a crepe shop that used to be in my neighborhood in London.

A taco and sozai restaurant opened in May 2023 in Nakanobu, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo. The restaurant was renovated from a soba noodle restaurant run by his parents, and the son of an editor started the restaurant while keeping the name of the restaurant. The exterior of the restaurant is a taco store while it looks like a soba noodle shop, and the owner is an editor while working in the restaurant business, a complicated structure.
