mitosaya（ミトサヤ）とHender Scheme（エンダースキーマ）は、鹿皮を蒸留したスピリッツ「DEAR DEER」をリリースします。
「DEAR DEER」は、mitosayaとエンダースキーマが試作を重ね、数年の歳月をかけて生まれた、「レザー」を蒸留した特別なスピリッツ。
口に入れても無害なレザーを探したどり着いたのは、人類が初めて身につけたと言われる鹿の皮。通常のなめし工程で使うタンニンや薬剤を使わず、鹿の皮に付着した不純物を全て手作業で取り除いた生皮と、冬の山に蔓性の真っ赤な実をつける和胡椒、フウトウカズラを蒸留し、オークバレルで熟成させることでつくられました。
「DEAR DEER」は、8月21日(月)より、エンダースキーマ直営店のスキマ4店舗とmitosayaのオンラインショップ、全5店舗で販売します。
また、「DEAR DEER」のリリースを記念し、8月19日（土）、20（日）の2日間限定となる先行ローンチイベント「mitosaya x Hender Scheme DEAR DEER」を東京・蔵前にて開催します。
ガラス張りの開放的な会場では、「DEAR DEER」をその場で味わえるほか、mitosaya特製のケータリングフード、コースターやトレイ、ノートブックといったエンダースキーマのプロダクトを用いたコラボレーションアイテムも販売。もちろん「DEAR DEER」の購入も可能です。世田谷区喜多見のジビエとカレーのレストランbeet eatによるフードも提供します。
なお、イベントに先駆けて、mitosayaのオンラインショップでは、エンダースキーマによるレザーホルダー付きのテイスティンググラスを限定販売。
購入者は会場でグラスを受け取り、首元にグラスを下げてお酒を嗜みながら、お食事やお買い物をお楽しみいただけます。

mitosaya and Hender Scheme will release "DEAR DEER," a spirit distilled from deerskin.
DEAR DEER" is a special spirit distilled from "leather" that was created over several years of prototyping by mitosaya and Hender Scheme.
The search for leather that is harmless even if put in the mouth led them to deer skin, which is said to have been worn by mankind for the first time. It is made from raw deer skin that has had all impurities attached to it removed by hand, without the use of tannins or chemicals normally used in the tanning process, and distilled from Japanese pepper, or houttuynia, which produces bright red berries on winter mountains, and aged in an oak barrel.
DEAR DEER" will be available at all five of Enderskima's four directly managed Sukima stores and the mitosaya online store from Monday, August 21.
To celebrate the release of "DEAR DEER," a two-day limited pre-launch event "mitosaya x Hender Scheme DEAR DEER" will be held in Kuramae, Tokyo, on August 19 (Sat) and 20 (Sun).
In addition to tasting "DEAR DEER" on the spot at the open-air, glass-walled venue, the event will also feature food specially catered by mitosaya and collaboration items such as coasters, trays, and notebooks made from Hender Schema products. Of course, "DEAR DEER" is also available for purchase. Food by "beet eat," a gibier and curry restaurant in Kitami, Setagaya-ku, will also be served.
