We will be holding an Open Day on Saturday, April 16th and Sunday, April 17th.
This will be the first time the event will be held over two days. We look forward to seeing you there with a variety of exciting events on each day.

Day1: 4/16 (Sat) 16:00 - 21:00

After a stroll around mitosaya among the spring flowers in bloom, you will be given a tour of the brewing and distillery facilities, a welcome drink by a guest bartender, dinner which begins as the sun sets, and then a concert.
This is a special evening where you can fully enjoy mitosaya with 30 guests.

DINNER: donner

Located near Nizai Beach in Ohara, Isumi City, Chiba Prefecture, this restaurant is run by a husband and wife team of a chef and a confectioner. Every day, they serve course meals centered around vegetables from local Isumi farms and seafood caught in the sea off Ohara, as well as homemade bread and sweets. On the day of the event, they plan to use the powerful ingredients of the naturally rich Chiba Prefecture to create dishes that will have you feeling the refreshing scent of spring.

GUEST BARTENDER: Fumimu Ohba

After gaining experience at "Code name mixology Akasaka," Japanese tea specialty store "Sakurai Hocha Kenkyusho," and French restaurant "Florilege," he is now freelancing and developing drinks together with companies, alcoholic beverage manufacturers, and tea and agricultural producers. This time, he will be offering new mitosaya products, as well as both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks made with seasonal fruits, herbs, and tea.

LIVE: Atsuko Sahara (violin)

Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts High School of Music and Tokyo University of the Arts, and completed the master's program in violin at the university's graduate school. Studied abroad for two years as an overseas artist trainee of the Agency for Cultural Affairs, and completed the graduate school's chamber music department at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.
She won the Uralsk International Violin Competition and has been active both in Japan and abroad, performing in recitals and at music festivals across Japan, as well as in the UK, the US, India, and Kazakhstan.

Hideaki Matsumura (piano)

Graduated from the Faculty of Law, Keio University. While still a student, he studied at the Senzoku Gakuen College of Music's Conducting Institute, completing the Master's course. He studied conducting under Kazuyoshi Akiyama, Yoshitomo Kawachi, Nobutaka Masui, and Yuji Yuasa, piano under Yukie Baba, and clarinet under Seiki Shinohe. He won third place at the 11th Antonio Pedrotti International Conducting Competition. He has conducted major orchestras in Japan, including the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, the Yomiuri Nippon Symphony Orchestra, and the Kansai Philharmonic Orchestra, as well as the Haydn Orchestra of Bolzano-Trento in Italy.

This is a ticket for our Open Day evening, where you can enjoy mitosaya at your leisure.
You can take a stroll around mitosaya among the spring flowers, have a tour of the brewing and distillery facilities, enjoy a welcome drink by a guest bartender, enjoy a concert that begins as the sun sets, and then participate in dinner.
*Purchases made within the facility and ordering additional drinks at dinner time will incur additional charges.

DINNER: donner

Ohara, Isumi City, Chiba Prefecture A restaurant run by a couple, a chef and a pastry chef, located near the Hizai Coast. Every day, they serve course meals featuring vegetables from local farms in Isumi and seafood caught in the Ohara Sea, as well as homemade breads and pastries. On the day of the event, the chefs plan to use powerful ingredients from Chiba Prefecture's rich natural environment to create dishes with a fresh spring aroma.

I am developing links. This year's event will feature new items from mitosaya and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks made with seasonal fruits, herbs, and teas.
