4月16日（土）、17日（日）にOpen Dayを開催します。
今回は初めての二日間の開催。各日とも趣向を凝らした内容で皆様のご来場をお待ちしています。

春の花咲くmitosayaの散策の後は、醸造・蒸留施設のご案内、ゲストバーテンダーによるウェルカムドリンク、日暮れとともに始まるディナー、そしてコンサート。
30名のお客様とともに、mitosayaをじっくりお楽しみいただく特別な夜です。
DINNER：donner
千葉県いすみ市大原 日在海岸のほど近くで、料理人と菓子職人の夫婦で営むレストラン。日々、地元いすみの農園で採れた野菜、大原の海で揚がった魚介類を中心としたコース料理と、自家製のパンやお菓子を提供しています。当日は、自然豊かな千葉県の力強い食材を、爽やかな春の香りが感じられる料理に仕立てる予定です。
GUEST BARTENDER：大場文武
『Code name mixology Akasaka』、日本茶専門店『櫻井焙茶研究所』、フレンチレストラン『Florilege』での経験を経て、現在フリーランスで企業や酒類メーカー、お茶や農作物の生産者と一緒にドリンクを開発しています。今回はmitosayaの新作と、季節のフルーツやハーブ、お茶などを用いたアルコール、ノンアルコール両方のドリンクを提供します。
LIVE：佐原敦子（バイオリン）
東京藝術大学附属音楽高等学校、東京藝術大学卒業。同大学院修士課程ヴァイオリン専攻修了。文化庁芸術家在外研修員として2年間留学、ウィーン国立音楽大学大学院室内楽科修了。
ウラルスク国際ヴァイオリンコンクールに優勝し、日本各地をはじめ、イギリス、アメリカ、インド、カザフスタンなどでリサイタルや音楽祭に出演、国内外で精力的な活動を行っています。
松村 秀明（ピアノ）
慶應義塾大学法学部卒業。大学在学中より洗足学園音楽大学附属指揮研究所にて学び、マスターコースを修了。指揮を秋山和慶、河地良智、増井信貴、湯浅勇治の各氏、ピアノを馬場幸希江、クラリネットを四戸世紀の各氏に師事。第11回アントニオ・ペドロッティ国際指揮者コンクールで第3位入賞。これまでに東京フィルハーモニー交響楽団、読売日本交響楽団、関西フィルハーモニー管弦楽団など国内主要オーケストラのほか、イタリアのボルツァーノ＝トレント・ハイドン管弦楽団を指揮。

Tickets for Open Day on April 16 (Sat) and 17 (Sun) will be on sale from April 1 at 10:00.
This is the first time that the event will be held over two days. We are looking forward to seeing you at the event, which will be held for the first time on two days, with each day offering something different and unique.
Day 1: Saturday, April 16, 16:00 - 21:00
A walk through mitosaya in the spring bloom, a tour of the brewing and distilling facilities, a welcome drink by the guest bartender, dinner at sunset, and a concert.
This is a special evening for 30 guests to enjoy mitosaya in depth.
DINNER: donner
Ohara, Isumi City, Chiba Prefecture A restaurant run by a couple, a chef and a pastry chef, located near the Hizai Coast. Every day, they serve course meals featuring vegetables from local farms in Isumi and seafood caught in the Ohara Sea, as well as homemade breads and pastries. On the day of the event, the chefs plan to use powerful ingredients from Chiba Prefecture's rich natural environment to create dishes with a fresh spring aroma.
GUEST BARTENDER: Fumitake Oba
After working at "Code name mixology Akasaka", Japanese tea store "Sakurai Roast Tea Laboratory", and French restaurant "Florilege", I am currently freelancing with companies, liquor manufacturers, and tea and agricultural producers. I am developing links. This year's event will feature new items from mitosaya and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks made with seasonal fruits, herbs, and teas.
LIVE: Atsuko Sahara (violin) 
Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts High School of Music and Tokyo University of the Arts. Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts with a Master's degree in Violin. Studied abroad for two years as an overseas trainee artist with the Agency for Cultural Affairs, and completed the graduate course in chamber music at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.
She won the first prize at the International Violin Competition in Uralsk, and has performed energetically in Japan and abroad, giving recitals and appearing at music festivals throughout Japan, as well as in England, the United States, India, Kazakhstan, and other countries.
Hideaki Matsumura (piano)
Graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Law. While in college, he studied at the Conducting Institute of the Senzoku Gakuen School of Music and completed the master course. He studied conducting under Kazuyoshi Akiyama, Yoshitomo Kawachi, Nobutaka Masui, and Yuji Yuasa, piano under Kokie Baba, and clarinet under Seiki Shido. He won the third prize at the 11th Antonio Pedrotti International Conducting Competition. He has conducted the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, the Yomiuri Nippon Symphony Orchestra, the Kansai Philharmonic Orchestra, and other major orchestras in Japan, as well as the Bolzano-Trento Haydn Orchestra in Italy.

Shopping at the facility and ordering additional drinks at dinner will be extra.
