4月16日（土）、 17日（日）にOpen Dayを開催します。
今回は初めての二日間の開催。各日とも趣向を凝らした内容で皆様のご来場をお待ちしています。

私たちがいつも刺激を受けている素晴らしい出店者が集まる、にぎやかなOpen Dayです。その日だけのメニュー、特別な商品をお楽しみください。mitosayaの新作のテイスティングや、先行販売も行います。
春のmitosayaをより満喫いただけるようなイベントやツアーも計画中です。
今回は会場でより快適にすごしていただけるように、人数を1000名に限り、事前のチケット購入をお願いします。
チケットは有料ですが、Open Day当日にmitosayaのショップで使える同額のクーポンチケットをお渡しします。また、レザーブランドHender Schemeと作った、テイスティンググラスとホルダー付きの入場チケットも100枚限定で販売します。

石川県小松市、日本海を望むインターチェンジ脇に突然現れる白い箱。紅茶とヴィーガンスイートの専門店 TEATON が初出店。スペシャルなティーカクテルに、パティシエ 鶴見昂によるラムレーズンサンドを販売します。この日限定のセレクトショップ
PHAETONのポップアップショップも。
・PÂTISSERIE ASAKO IWAYANAGI
シェフパティシエール 岩柳麻子さんによる目にも美しいスイーツの名店がやってきます。mitosayaのオードヴィを使ったオリジナルの焼き菓子やジェラートの販売。
・Chioben
料理家・山本千織率いるチオベンのお弁当。200食限定です。

・Marked
墨田区本所、お相撲さんの町に昨年誕生した食料品店。ベーカリー、アイスクリーマリー、デリ、カフェ、酒屋を併設した欲張りグロサリーから、デリランチやアイスクリームを提供します。
・苗目
おなじみ、鴨川のハーブ＆エディブルフラワー番長。フレッシュボタニカルのハーブティやその場で選べるエディブルブーケなど。
・AMBESSA
南房総のオーガニック家族によるドライフルーツ＆ナッツの量り売り。ボンボンなどのヴィーガンスイーツも絶品。
・Pastificio Sugino
パスタ職人、杉野千里さんによる、mitosayaの薬草やハーブを練り込んだ特製パスタの販売、国産レモンで作ったレモンチェッロカクテルを円形のカウンターで。
・ACOUSTIC Coffee & Bread
いすみの森に佇む薪窯で焼く酵母パンと自家焙煎のスペシャリティコーヒーの店。焼きたてのパンとコーヒーを提供してもらいます。

フロムつくば。全国の自然栽培の農作物を中心に販売する八百屋さん。毎週200種を超える野菜リストとその愛情あふれるコメントは圧巻。春の旬野菜をお届けします。
・Distillery Class（蒸留階級）
SCENT OF YORK. のパフューマー 山藤陽子による、香りと蒸留酒のカウンターバー。香りに向き合い、味わいながら酒と香りをレイヤードする大人の愉しみを体感してください。

Tickets for Open Day on April 16 (Sat) and 17 (Sun) will be on sale from April 1 at 10:00.
This is the first time that the event will be held over two days. We are looking forward to seeing you at the event, which will be held for the first time on two days, with each day offering something different and unique.
Day2: Sunday, April 17, 10:00 - 16:00
This is a lively OPEN DAY with great stalls that we are always inspired by. We will also have tastings and pre-sales of new items from mitosaya.
We are also planning to organize events and tours so that you can enjoy mitosaya more fully in spring.
To make the event more comfortable for everyone, we will limit the number of attendees to 1,000 and ask that you purchase your tickets in advance.
Tickets will be charged, but you will receive a coupon ticket for the same amount that can be used at the mitosaya store on the day of the OPEN DAY. Also, a limited number of 100 admission tickets with tasting glasses and holders, made with leather brand Hender Scheme, will be available for purchase.

FOODS & DRINKS
TEATON / PHAETON
A white box suddenly appears beside an expressway interchange overlooking the Sea of Japan in Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture. This is the first appearance of TEATON, a store specializing in tea and vegan sweets. Special tea cocktails and rum raisin sandwiches by patissier Tsurumi Takashi will be available. There will also be a pop-up store by FEATON limited to this day only.
PÂTISSERIE ASAKO IWAYANAGI
Asako Iwayanagi's famous store of eye-catching sweets will turn the greenhouse into a salon de terrace, selling original baked goods and gelato using mitosaya's eau-de-vie.
Chioben
Lunchboxes by Chef Chiori Yamamoto and her team, limited to 200 servings.
Applications will be accepted in advance.
Marked
A grocery store that opened last year in Honjo, Sumida-ku, Sumo city. Deli lunch and ice cream will be served from the greedy grocery that has a bakery, ice creamery, deli, cafe, and liquor store.
苗目
A familiar name, Kamogawa's herb and edible flower watchdog. The popular herbal chai will be served, and edible bouquets will be available for selection on the spot.
AMBESSA
Dried fruits and nuts by weight by an organic family in Minami-Boso. Vegan sweets such as bonbons are also excellent.
Pastificio Sugino
Pasta chef Chisato Sugino offers special pasta kneaded with herbs and medicinal herbs from mitosaya, and lemoncello cocktails made with Japanese lemons.
ACOUSTIC Coffee & Bread
Nestled in the forest of Isumi. You will be served yeast bread baked in a wood-fired oven and specialty coffee roasted in house.
SHOP
Hender Scheme
High sense of aesthetics, reliable skills, and a stylish sense of humor. A one-day-only special store of a wonderful leather brand in Asakusa, including products with the mitosaya logo.
pomme de terre
From Tsukuba. A grocery store that sells mainly naturally grown produce from all over Japan. The list of over 200 vegetables each week and their loving comments is breathtaking. Spring seasonal vegetables are available.
