A jam made from naturally grown apples from Tohoku, cooked whole with their skins. Combined with roselle from Otaki, it’s simmered to achieve a beautiful crimson hue. Infused with a hint of fragrant plum liqueur (SUMOMO PLUM by mitosaya), the jam offers rich fruity aromas and a spicy kick from black pepper, making it a perfect addition to a warm and inviting table.
