2025年4月25日（土）・26日（日）、春のmitosayaでOPEN DAYを開催します。

今回のテーマは「COAST / FIELD - Made Across Boso」。
温暖な気候と土地ごとの特徴を活かしたお米や野菜、果樹の栽培。里山で育つ植物や、動物たち。海流がぶつかり合う太平洋で穫れる魚や、栄養豊富な東京湾で育つのりや貝——房総半島には、豊かな自然環境を背景にした個性的な生産物、それを育てる生産者や加工者がたくさんいます。
また、東京からほどよい距離にありながら、自然に惹かれて集まった魅力的な人たちが多いのも房総半島の特徴です。

mitosayaのある大多喜町は、まさにBOSOの真ん中。このBOSOの地で出会った人たちと一緒に、今回のOPEN DAYを企画しています。春の花が咲き、芽吹くmitosayaを散策しながら、バラエティ豊かなショップ、ライブ、ワークショップなどをお楽しみください。

OPEN DAYのために作る特別なコラボレーション商品の発表、もちろんmitosayaの製品のテイスティングや新商品の販売も行います。

チケットは有料ですが、当日にmitosayaのショップおよびCAN-PANYのDRINK BARで使える同額のクーポンをお渡しします。ぜひ房総の春を、五感で味わいにいらしてください。

今回のテーマのきっかけになったのは、房総で出会った魅力的な人たちや取り組みを紹介する「BOSO 〇〇（まるまる）」というプロジェクト。OPEN DAYの参加者と共にアカウントを運営しています。こちらもあわせて見てもらえたらうれしいです。

OPEN DAY [COAST / FIELD - Made Across Boso]

We are holding an OPEN DAY at mitosaya on Saturday, April 25 and Sunday, April 26, 2026.

This year's theme is "COAST / FIELD - Made Across Boso."
The Boso Peninsula is home to an abundance of distinctive local products shaped by its warm climate and varied landscapes — rice, vegetables, and fruit grown to suit each area's character; plants and wildlife nurtured in the satoyama hills; fish caught in the Pacific where ocean currents converge; and nori and shellfish raised in the nutrient-rich waters of Tokyo Bay. Behind each of these products are passionate farmers, fishers, and producers.

Another hallmark of the Boso Peninsula is its community of fascinating people drawn here by nature, all within easy reach of Tokyo.

Otaki, where mitosaya is located, sits right in the heart of BOSO. We have planned this OPEN DAY together with people we have met here on this land. Stroll through mitosaya as spring flowers bloom and new growth unfolds, and enjoy a varied lineup of shops, live performances, and workshops.

We will also unveil special collaboration products made exclusively for OPEN DAY, along with tastings of mitosaya spirits and the launch of new products.

Tickets are priced at 1,100 yen, and you will receive a coupon of the same value to use at the mitosaya shop and CAN-PANY's DRINK BAR on the day. Come and experience the spring of Boso with all your senses.

Together with OPEN DAY participants, we are also running an account called "BOSO 〇〇 (maru maru)," introducing the inspiring people and initiatives we have encountered across Boso. We hope you'll check it out as well.

・This online ticket grants admission on both Saturday, April 25 and Sunday, April 26. Please present the ticket image displayed after purchase at the reception desk on the day.
At reception, you will receive a coupon worth ¥1,100, valid at the mitosaya shop YA, CAN-PANY's DRINK BAR, and both online shops.
・Children in elementary school and under do not need a ticket and may enter free of charge.
