眠りについているかのような冷たい庭、静かな空気の中に、耳を澄ましてみると、聞こえてくる。そんな微かな感覚を呼び覚ますようなイメージを持って作りました。

年の始まりを告げる蝋梅の花は、葉が落ちきる前に咲き始めます。花の香気に負けずその葉もまた清々しい香りがほのかに漂います。梅の美しい香り、黒文字の凛とした香り。全て庭からもらった恵みだけでブレンドしました。

できれば、まずはお茶に対してすこし少なめの湯量で淹れて、小さな茶器でお茶の香りを十分に楽しんでみてください。その次にゆったりたっぷりとした熱湯で、香りとほろ苦さを味わいます。

I crafted this blend inspired by the image of a cold garden, seemingly asleep, where if you listen closely in the still air, faint sensations awaken. The wax plum flowers, signaling the start of the year, bloom before their leaves fully fall. Their scent is matched by the fresh fragrance of their leaves. The beautiful aroma of plum blossoms and the dignified scent of black lettering – all are blessings from our garden, blended together.

I recommend first brewing the tea with a slightly smaller amount of water than usual and enjoying its fragrance in a small teacup. Then, with a generous pour of hot water, savor the aroma and subtle bitterness.
